We welcome you to Cornerstone with open hearts, open minds and open doors.  We invite you to come as you are.  You will always be greeted with a warm smile.  Once you enter the front doors, there will be greeters and an individual at the Welcome Desk to assist you in any way they can.  Arrive a little early and enjoy coffee and donuts at our hospitality table.  You may sit where you choose in the sanctuary.  Signs are posted above the doors and hallways to guide you, and ushers are available to help you.  You will be provided with a bulletin that will help you follow the service.  We utilize two large screens to provide the words for songs, prayers, scriptures, and message notes.  At the end of the service, please stop by our Welcome Desk and pick up a gift.

This service includes traditional hymns with a blend of contemporary music accompanied by a mix of piano, organ, and keyboard.  Special music offerings are provided by our Chancel Choir, ensembles, and soloists.  This service includes a time to share joys and concerns.  A biblical message is shared each week that will help you deal with real life issues.

This more relaxed worship experience is led by Never Forgotten, our praise band which includes electric guitars and drums.  They lead us in a mix of contemporary Christian music.  This service also includes a time to share joys and concerns.  Again, a biblical message is shared each week that will help you deal with real life issues.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have many opportunities for youth to get plugged in.  They can connect with fellow 6th-12th graders either by joining a Sunday morning class, being part of the youth praise band, Electrified Faith; coming to Wednesday night Youth Group at Cornerstone or by attending Sunday night youth worship at *The Gathering*.  *The Gathering* is actually a combine experience for the 6th - 12th grade students from Cornerstone and Sunrise.  They hold their Sunday night activities at Sunrise beginning with a dinner at 5:30pm.  Meal cost is $3.00.  Worship and activities are held after the meal.  For more info contact Youth Director Greg Evans at gregevans@umcornerstone.org.
