What: Auditions for O’Fallon’s Got Talent II
When: Saturday, May 8, 2010 9:00 am until 8:00 pm
Where: Cornerstone United Methodist Church
Why: To win cash prizes of $2,000 and the opportunity to be featured on a CD recording
All finalists will compete in a public performance on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 at 7:00 pm

How do I register for the Contest?
- Fill out the registration form and
- Mail it to Cornerstone UMC 1151 Tom Ginnever, O’Fallon MO 63366
- fax your registration to: CUMC c/o Harvey Chiles at 636-379-5334)
- Email it to: umcornerstone@umcornerstone.org
- Registration fee (check or money order made payable to CUMC)
  - $15.00 for solo and duo acts,
  - $25.00 for acts with 3 or more members
  - Registrations are on a first come first serve basis. When slots are filled we will close auditions
  - You will receive a packet of materials once you have registered that contains additional details
  - Registration fee must accompany registration if mailed or be received within one week if registration is faxed or emailed.
